The main categories of perfume

Today's perfumes can be divided into six main categories. Below is an discussion of the main categories. In a short time I will add a link to examples found at perfume guide.

  • Category I: Flowers are the dominant theme
  • Common of these scents is that they are very feminine and romantic. The have a sweeter smell than perfume from one of the other categories.

  • These fragrances is both sexy and exotic at the same time. Normally they are very intense and has a smell of musk. Usually the also contains vanilla, spice and even sometimes flowers. Orientals are best suited to special occasions and evenings.

  • These fragrances smells of the things you can find in the forest. The scents are of bark and moss.
